ZENITH

SAISON

SUMMER IN WISCONSIN ONLY COMES BUT ONCE A YEAR, AND IT TENDS TO BE A FLEETING PHENOMENON. SO BREWMASTER KIRBY NELSON decided TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE SEASON.

AND SINCE "SEASON" IN BELGIAN IS "SAISON," OF COURSE THAT WOULD MEAN A FARMHOUSE ALE. A NOBLE SUMMER TRADITION PASSED DOWN FROM MEDIEVAL TIMES, WHEN WATER WAS TOO DANGEROUS TO DRINK AND FARMHANDS' THIRSTS WERE QUENCHED WITH PINTS OF BEER. (AH, THE GOOD AND BAD OLD DAYS.)

so kirby went to work and created #007 ZENITH.

THIS SAISON IS FIRMLY ROOTED IN THE BELGIAN FARMHOUSE ALE TRADITION, BUT WHAT KIRBY HAS brewed up ISN'T ANY ORDINARY EVERYDAY TAKE ON THE STYLE. HE'S ENHANCED THE beer WITH KISSES OF CORIANDER AND ORANGE. Zenith IS DELIGHTFULLY COMPLEX AND FRUITY, YET INCREDIBLY CLEAN AND REFRESHING.

SO NEXT TIME THAT BIG YELLOW BALL IN THE SKY MAKES ITS ROUNDS, DROP YOUR CARES, WORRIES AND CELL PHONE AND PUT A KUNG-FU GRIP ON THIS DELICIOUS GOLDEN HAZE OF A BREW. RELAX, DRINK IT IN, AND DON'T WIPE THAT SMILE OFF YOUR FACE. it looks comfortable there.

THIS IS ZENITH, THE PERFECT BEER FOR THE DAYS OF SUMMER.
